JNCO is the brainchild of two brothers who have the passion in the trading and construction business. They envisioned for progress and development not only for their personal interest but something worthwhile that can contribute to the community. Hence, JNCO was conceived and established to engage in civil infrastructure works. The two brothers are Nayif Obaid Al-Shammari and Jufal Obaid Al-Shammari.

For more than thirty (30) years of robust existence, JNCO has successfully accomplished several infrastructure projects for the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – the Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA) including world-renowned government corporations such as the Saudi Aramco, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and SABIC Group of Companies to mention few.
