For more than 20 years, we have delivered over 600 projects, supporting key government initiatives, a regional data centre hub, a market leader for education and a research and development centre for industrial and logistics. We have worked with some of the world’s biggest clients in the corporate and office, residential and developer and public sectors.

Our Singapore business is PM01 and QS01, registered by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. Our business management systems are accredited for Quality (ISO 9001), Safety (ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO 14001).

We have over 100 professional staff working in Singapore. Our Managing Director Khoo Sze Boon was awarded RICS Construction Professional of the Year 2020 and leads in the development and expansion of the business across all services. Together, we build a positive reputation and capability based on our programme management approach from initial advisory services through to project management delivery, cost management, project controls, procurement, contract services, portfolio and programme management and operational consultancy.
