Key Expert III: Project economist (Category II)

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration or equivalent (minimum requirement)

General professional experience

• Minimum of 10-years of relevant professional experience in the water sector and/or energy sector (minimum requirement).

Specific professional experience

• At least 7-year experience in financial and economic assessment of water sector investment projects proven by at least 3 projects (minimum requirement).
• At least 5-year experience in financial and economic assessment of energy efficiency and/or clean energy investment projects proven by at least 3 projects (minimum requirement).
• Experience in financial and economic appraisal of wastewater treatment plant related investment projects will be considered an asset.
• Experience is project financing will be considered an asset
• International experience will be considered an asset.

Language and other Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• Fluency in written and spoken Estonian would be an asset.
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).
