EOI - Architectural and Engineering Design, and Supervision of the Outfitting Blocks C, D & E of the African Development Bank Premises in South Africa - TCGS

Objectives: The African Development Bank is seeking multidisciplinary Architectural and Engineering Firms to engage in the design and supervision for outfitting Blocks C, D & E in its South African premises. The project involves preparing preliminary and detailed designs, technical specifications, and bill of quantities for a new office fit-out for Block E and a knowledge/conference center for Blocks C and D. In addition to design works, firms will assist with the procurement process and supervise the outfitting work, while overseeing defect rectification during a one-year liability period. The scope also includes upgrading existing safety systems and air conditioning in specified blocks.
