Consulting Services to Assist the Organization Implementing the Project in the Preparation of Tender Documentation, Project Management and Construction Supervision

Objectives: The primary objective of the tender is to engage an international consulting firm or joint venture to provide comprehensive assistance to an organization in the Republic of Uzbekistan managing a water supply and sewerage project in the Bukhara region. The consultant will be responsible for preparing tender documentation, managing the procurement process, evaluating bids, managing contracts, and overseeing construction and project execution. Key tasks include supervision of construction, installation, testing and commissioning, and ensuring environmental and social compliance. Financial and project management support are also required, including capacity building of local entities.
