Consultancy Services for Third Performance Review of Green Climate Fund

Eligibility criteria: To be eligible for this tender, the bidding firm must be a qualified, reputable, and experienced company or corporation with expertise in consulting services related to performance reviews, particularly of international climate finance mechanisms like the Green Climate Fund. The firm should demonstrate strong expertise and experience in climate change evaluations, corporate evaluations, and mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) evaluations. Key personnel, including the team leader, should have substantial experience in leading large-scale evaluations, particularly in climate finance contexts. The firm must comply with GCF's requirements and standards, including timelines and deliverables as outlined in the RFP. Further compliance with confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical standards specified in GCF's policies is mandatory.
