Consultancy Services for Independent Evaluation Country Ownership

Eligibility criteria: Proposals should be from experienced entities capable of undertaking corporate and strategic evaluations using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The proposer must demonstrate understanding of climate finance, especially regarding country ownership, national-level climate planning, and GCF’s operational framework. The proposing team should have a proven track record in similar evaluations, with key personnel having at least 15 years of relevant experience, and be prepared to demonstrate independence from GCF funded entities, programs, or delivery partners to avoid any conflicts of interest.
