Objectives: The aim of ESPRE (Expert Support Platform for Resilience) is to enable the EU to provide rapid, flexible and tailored expertise to provide methodological and thematic support on the three main components of the HDP nexus, the six dimensions of fragility (economic, environmental, human, political, security and societal), and conflict sensitivity in programming. These actions will be under the Rapid Response Pillar (RRP), Multiannual Indicative Programmes (MIPs), and Regional Indicative Programmes (RIPs) implemented in fragile and/or conflict-affected countries and/or those affected by shocks.
