Objectives: This tender is for the provision of 4x4 vehicle rental services with a driver in the Kayes region, essential for the safe transit of staff during field missions for the "LAKANA" project, operational in Bamako, Kayes, Sikasso, and Segou, Mali. An approximated need is for 12 vehicle rentals per year, varying from 4 to 7 days with one mission per month. The service aims to ensure accessibility to difficult roads, proves immediate availability of replacement vehicles during breakdowns, and meets all technical qualifications and administrative requirements set by the Malian government.
