Created in 1998 in the State of Maryland, USA, SAXgr is an international company that begun its activities as a specialized consultant for the public institutions reforms and regulation policies of the infrastructure sector. Nowadays the company has been registered in Bolivia and The United States with offices in La Paz and Maryland.

SAXgr began its activities in 1998 in Washington DC (USA) working on public company reforms, sector regulation policies (infrastructure) and investment promotion. Since 2002 its main office is located in Bolivia, where it develops new work areas, including:

     • Design, Monitoring and Evaluation of Programs and Projects.
