CGGC - China Gezhouba Group Company Limited

China Gezhouba Group Corporation (CGGC), established on the basis of the 330 Project Command Center founded in 1970 (named after the date of Mao Zedong’s field inspection to the site of the Three Gorges dam, March 30, 1958), is one of the first 56 large pilot enterprises specifically designated in the national plan. CGGC is a national innovative enterprise with its own corporate finance company authorized by the state and is entitled to provincial-level contracting and import/export. In September 2007, CGGC saw the IPO of its core business assets. CGGC Limited, the listed company of CGGC ranked No. 7 among the 20 Most Competitive Chinese Listed Companies of 2009 and its stock (Gezhouba: 600068) has made its way into the SHSE-SZSE300, CCGINK, SSE Central SOEs 50, CSI Central SOEs Composite Index, CSI Central SOEs 100 Index and SSE Constituent Index. After the restructuring of the power system of China in September 2011, CGGC has become a core member of China Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd (CEEC).
