Founded in 2009 by Dr. Ben Shepherd, an internationally recognized Trade Policy and Development expert, DTC is designed to be both a Trade Policy and Development consultancy, and a Knowledge Platform providing policy-relevant research and analysis. It also supplies capacity building services for researchers, analysts, and policymakers who deal with Trade Policy and Development issues.
