Conselho Português para os Refugiados (CPR)

Conselho Português para os Refugiados (CPR) is a non-profit, independent and pluralistic Non-Governmental Development Organization (NGO), inspired by a humanist culture of tolerance and respect for the dignity of other peoples.

The small NGO, which was founded only two decades ago with only two workers, a handful of volunteers and the exclusive sponsorship of UNHCR, is now a well-established organization with more than six dozen collaborators, with several ongoing projects financed by entities refugee integration and integration, the promotion of humanitarian and sustainable asylum policies, training and raising awareness of this issue and human rights in general.
