MMN, a.s.

MMN, as was established on 1 January 2017 by transforming the Masaryk City Hospital in Jilemnice and the Hospital with Polyclinic Semily into one company. The intention of merging both hospitals into one company was, among other things, to ensure the availability and quality of health and social care in the Liberec Region, to ensure higher financial and property stability of the new entity and a stronger negotiating position towards cooperating entities. The merger of both hospitals was in accordance with the "Concept of Health Services in Inpatient Facilities of the Liberec Region"

The company has entered into all legal relationships of the previous contributory organizations as a successor entity. The entry of the third significant shareholder into the company's ownership structure, the Liberec Region, is currently being prepared.

MMN, as is authorized to provide basic training (accreditation) for all acute inpatient specialties until 2024.

Graduates of medical schools in the fields of orthopedics, gynecology-obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, neurology, ARO and internal medicine can continue their education in our facility.
