Hue University of Economics

The antecedent of the Faculty of Agricultural Economics, previously housed within Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry II since its establishment in 1969, led to the formal inception of the University of Economics in 2002, functioning as an integral constituent of Hue University.

While twenty-one years may not span an extensive period in the developmental trajectory of a university, it is imperative to acknowledge that the University of Economics has garnered noteworthy achievements, progressively bolstering its academic standing and consolidating a robust foothold within the domains of education and scientific inquiry. This progression is exemplified by the continuous expansion of the academic disciplines offered across all levels of higher education, thereby diversifying the pedagogical methodologies deployed. Furthermore, there is an ongoing commitment to refining educational curricula, accompanied by the sustained enhancement of faculty and administrative capacities. Notably, the institution has fostered a dynamic and convivial learning milieu, one that fosters the creative potential of both students and educators.
