The aim of Demagog.org.pl is controlling politicians' public activity by means of the 'fact-check' methodology. We analyze how politicians construct their argumentation and rhetoric. Basing on available data we examine the statements of participants of Polish political discourse and categorize as: truth, false, manipulation or unverifiable. Each verdict is properly explained with a strong focus on clarifying why the particular category was given.

Our mission is to fight against false information and disinformation and to provide citizens with reliable, impartial and verified information. By educating the public, we want to improve the quality of public debate in Poland and promote the highest standards so that decisions made by citizens are informed and based on facts.
