is a Romanian nonprofit organization (association) founded in 2013, which specializes in providing research, advocacy and other related services to civil society organizations and citizens.

Strengthening the capacity of non-governmental organizations in Romania to identify and represent citizens' interests in respect to public authorities.

Increasing the level of NGOs’ and citizens’ civic engagement and participation in the processes of policy formulation and advancement.

Encouraging the social inclusion of vulnerable persons and the sustainability of nonprofit activities by stimulating social entrepreneurship among non-governmental organizations and people form disadvantaged socio-economic groups.
