Udruženje Žene za Žene International (The Women for Women Association International )

The Women for Women Association International is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 2001. Since then, ZZZI has directly assisted 80,000 women through programmatic and financial support in more than 50 communities of different ethnic and religious backgrounds throughout BiH. Through our work, 30 women's associations in BiH were formed, with which we still have cooperation.

In recent years, we have come to the conclusion that more and more women, especially young women and girls, still face multiple layers of discrimination, lack of quality formal and non-formal education, especially in smaller and rural areas, lack of networking with key actors and lack of necessary skills, which results in many young girls and women in BiH remaining unprepared for the labor market, civic engagement and activism, making them vulnerable in terms of poverty and social exclusion, and preventing them from realizing their potential and impact in their lives. local communities.
