ISMP - Institut Supérieur de Management Public

The Higher Institute of Public Management (ISMP) is a Public Administrative Establishment (EPA) with legal personality and financial autonomy. It was created by decree n°85/1298 of September 27, 1985. Placed under the technical supervision of the Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform and the financial supervision of the Ministry of Finance, it is invested with a mission of professional higher education and continuing education in public management. As such, it also provides initial higher level training in management which offers managers and professional specialists theoretical and practical training at the level of the third cycle of higher education (Master). This training is centered on the means of the effectiveness of a public administration of development. The practical details of access to this program can be obtained from the heads of the Division responsible for higher education at ISMP. In terms of consultation, the ISMP provides organizations with advisory support in the revision of management methods and systems, restructuring and the mobilization of resources, in particular human resources.
