Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane "CALBUD" Sp. z o. o. has existed since 1991, and has been one of the largest and most recognized construction companies in Szczecin and Western Pomerania for many years. Many years of experience and the established position of the company prompted its shareholders to expand the scope of services provided by developer activities. For this purpose, the company CALBUD-DEVELOPER - Gackowski, Osina, Węgrzyniak Sp. J., which in the years 2006-2008 built "Osiedle Magnolia Park" - one of the largest and most awarded residential and service complexes in Szczecin, recognized in 2014 as "Object of the 25th anniversary" in the competition of the Association of Polish Architects and the Mayor of Szczecin.
