IRIDEOS ( former Eutelia S.p.A. and Clouditalia Telecomunicazioni)

Eutelia S.p.A. provides telecommunications services. The Company offers voice, data and internet services for both residential and business clients. 

On June 1, 2012, Clouditalia Telecomunicazioni has acquired the branch of the Telecomunicazioni company of Eutelia SpA.

While on November 1, 2020, Clouditalia was merged by incorporation into IRIDEOS, the new Italian ICT hub 78.3% owned by F2i, the largest Italian infrastructure fund, and 19.6% by Marguerite, the infrastructure fund created by six European public financial institutions and the European Commission.
IRIDEOS is an Italian company dedicated to companies and public administrations, which supports them in their digital transformation path through integrated solutions that combine cloud, data center, optical fiber, security and innovation.
