DGB Bildungswerk Bund

The DGB Bildungswerk BUND is the nationwide training organization of the German Federation of Trade Unions (DGB) for general, political and trade union knowledge transfer.

Founded in 1972 as a non-profit association, we have been demonstrating expertise in many different professional, labor law, business, social and political fields for over four decades. At four locations across Germany, 170 employees offer various target groups a comprehensive range of educational opportunities that is open to anyone interested.

We impart knowledge and skills to employees and their representatives to help shape economic, legal, social and political change processes in the world of work.

We see ourselves as a union service provider. We actively develop personal, professional, social and political interests with the participants, work on their values and familiarize them with the interests of the organization.
