Institut Za Onkologiju I Radiologiju Srbije (Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia)

Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia is a highly specialized health institution of the tertiary level of health care dedicated to the quality provision of services and meeting the need for oncological health care in accordance with the requirements of modern society.

The Institute is also a scientific institution that integrates basic, clinical, epidemiological and translational research in order to continuously improve the quality of work and the development of oncology. The Institute affirms the application of scientific, technological and biomedical achievements and the implementation of state-of-the-art protocols for prevention, diagnosis, treatment, supportive therapy, psycho-social support, rehabilitation and palliative care in the field of oncology.

The Institute conducts medical education as a teaching base of the University of Belgrade through undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and through continuing education. The institute is also a teaching base for the Health College of Vocational Studies in Belgrade.
