About
Posch & Partners was founded in 1988 on the initiative of Hannes Posch. Fritz Schwaiger joined the company in 1989 and became Managing Director in 1993.
When Hannes Posch retired in 2006, Fritz Schwaiger took over company ownership and Erich Kaschka, a senior staff member of P&P, was entrusted full management responsibilities with executive power.
In 2010 P&P founded the subsidiary Kraftwerk Lasberg GmbH for the development and operation of hydropower plant.
Posch & Partners Consulting Engineers (P&P) have been working for their clients for over 20 years and have successfully completed more than 200 projects in the sectors of water, energy and environment. Operating from their head office in Innsbruck, Austria, P&P have proven capability in managing large and complex projects and have built up a well respected track record, both at home and on the international stage. The firm is strongly export orientated and the majority of work is carried out for clients internationally, with good relationships with funding agencies, governmental organisations and local partners being developed over the years.
