TORBEL is a Portuguese company, founded in 1977, based in Ílhavo, develops and builds systems for Energy Production and Environmental Treatment. Its know-how was built on 40 years of experience, acquired in the construction of more than 1,000 systems worldwide for many industries including wood, ceramics, cork, agriculture, cements, paper, metallurgy, foundry, food, textile among others.

Our product range covers all aspects of power generation and environmental treatment solutions, including biomass boilers, filters and dryers for wood.

All equipment is manufactured and installed by TORBEL. Our engineering team is able to study and design customized solutions to meet the very specific needs of a given production process, including structural constraints, delivering a complete solution.

TORBEL maintains a high level of control of the design, manufacturing and installation (including start-up) process, from concept to reality. The assembly teams operate following the highest safety standards and following the most demanding international standards.
