CE-Traffic is a provider real-time traffic information services based on the Floating Car Data technology. Currently they operate traffic systems in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and offer services for wide range of markets: personal navigation, navigation for mobile, internet, media and goverments.
Floating Car Data technology is able to generate detailed information for entire states based on the continuous analysis of anonymous transactions describing movement of mobile phones between antennas of a mobile operator network or based on analysis of anonymous GPS data of commercial fleets.
