About

Sigia is an independent consultancy that supports the strengthening of public health capacities. It provides specialized public health support to governments, national and international health and development agencies, and civil society organizations. Sigia was founded in 2019 by two medical specialists in public health and includes partners and associate consultants with extensive global experience.

Latest projects include:

Evaluation of a MSF Lassa fever project in Nigeria.
Development of an assessment tool to strengthen Early Warning and Response in routine and emergency situations in the WHO European Region.
Development of a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Global Laboratory Leadership Programme, a One Health collaborative initiative of six leading organizations working in the human, animal, and environmental health sectors.
Support to the internal review of the WHO emergency response to Ebola outbreaks in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
