EniChem Agricoltura S.p.A.

EniChem Agriculture S.p.A. was the subsidiary of the EniChem group operating in the production and marketing of agricultural chemicals.

The ENI group, to compensate the Sicilian region of the favorable solutions regarding the oil extraction and refining activity, and promised that the headquarters of some subsidiaries to be placed in the city of Palermo. This is particularly pleasant as, in this way, direct taxes have been collected from the collection of taxes in Sicily, with great advantages in the distribution between state and region. On the basis of this logic, the headquarters of Enichem Agriculture was deposed in Palermo. The headquarters are in San Donato Milanese, and for a certain period in Milan.

From SIR, the Carrara and Avenza company.
From the management of agrimont, the Porto Empedocle factory and the sulfuric acid deposit in Vado Ligure
