Above all, they highlighted that, especially in the service sector, the presence of medium-sized operators, capable of being close to the customer and adhering to the territory, is essential; a healthy local approach often increases efficiency and translates into the ability to give concrete answers to citizens.
Egea has not only attested that local autonomy in the management of public services is possible and advantageous for the territory, but has identified its raison d'etre in the "province", where, moreover, resides what for our national economy is a majority.
Precisely in order to provide "tailor-made" services, the Group has branched out over the years into a plurality of companies, special purpose companies, often set up in partnership with other leading players in the business world, linked to limited areas and therefore capable of responding to their peculiar instances through targeted projects.
In this sense Egea constantly feeds local synergies in which the public part also fully enters, with which the projects are discussed and shared at every stage.
