Voctro Labs was founded in 2011 by a team of four audio experts.

Our offices are located in Barcelona, and we license technology worldwide. Clients are creative media companies in the music, videogames, apps, advertising and film industries. With 15+ years of applied research experience at MTG-UPF, our team has worked in several industrial and academic innovation projects at international level, collaborating with companies such as Yamaha, Corp. (Japan) and public funding from the European Commission (FP7 and H2020 Programs). Cofounders are inventors in more than fifty patents and coauthors of more than a hundred scientific publications.
