Property Development Limited (PDL), a sister concern of PRAN-RFL Group, started its business on 17th March 1983 with the aim to provide professional client-focused construction solutions. PDL founded by Major General Amjad Khan Chowdhury (Retd.), a successful entrepreneur. He was the founder-president of Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB).
