Development Consultancy Center (DECC) is a Private Consulting Company registered in the year 2000 with the Department of Small and Cottage Industry, HMG/N and also with Internal Revenue Department under VAT registration provisions.

DECC is established over a foundation of more than 15 years of Nepal and South Asian Regional consultancy experience of its founder. Our main working area is in the South and South Eastern Asian region.

In the development services market, the issue of quality and accountability has been always a matter of concern by the Development Agencies. As an Institution, DECC has very deep understanding of the critical issues of the Developmental Consultancy Service Sector and choices of the major cliental groups. Therefore, DECC was established with the purpose of providing consultancy and various support services with high quality and accountability in the field of Development Management.
