Caisse Centrale de Garantie (CCG) du Maroc

The Central Guarantee Fund (By abbreviation CCG) is a public establishment governed by law n° 47-95.

The purpose   of the Central Guarantee Fund is:

• to guarantee the repayment of loans contracted, inside or outside the Kingdom, by public or private companies and organizations with a view to financing operations contributing to the economic and social development of the country;  
• to grant the guarantees required from Moroccan companies bidding for or winning contracts for works, supplies or services abroad;  
• to manage on behalf of the State and other organizations all guarantee funds and all other similar operations. The management of these funds and operations is carried out within the framework of agreements between the State or other organizations and the Central Guarantee Fund.
