The Center for the Development of Finance Information Systems, IP (CEDSIF, IP), is a public institute, endowed with legal personality, administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, created by Decree No. 34/2010, of 30 August, subsequently revised by Decree No. 67/2019 of 5 August, which approves the rules of organization and operation, as well as the competencies and management mechanisms.Provide services for the modernization of Public Finance Management and complementary information systems to all state agencies and institutions, including Local Authorities and decentralized governance bodies.
