SNV is a non-profit international development organisation with its headquarters in the Netherlands and staff in more than 30 countries.SNV has been active in Niger since 1978. Today, our national office is based in Niamey and we have field offices in Maradi and Zinder.SNV is dedicated to a society in which all people, irrespective of race, class or gender, enjoy the freedom to pursue their own sustainable development. We help to alleviate poverty by focusing on increasing people's income and employment opportunities in specific productive sectors, as well as improving their access to basic services including water, sanitation and hygiene, and renewable energy.
