Description: Service contracts will include:
1) Service for two instruments: 1) AB Sciex 5500 QTRAP; and 2) AB Sciex 6500+ QTRAP.
2) Two (2) Preventative Maintenance service visits annually per instrument.
3) 24-48 hour onsite repair support, including parts
4) Preventative Maintenance travel will be included
5) Direct contact with US-based service engineer for service and support, including unlimited
telephone support.
