Operations Expansion Business Planning

Within the scope of the project Ameria was contracted by the client to develop comprehensive business plan for the expansion of company’s operations. In particular, the project includes three areas of operations: (i) fruits and vegetable exports, (ii) establishment of greenhouse and (iii) establishment of compote and marinade production. The developed study includes thorough analysis of the state of agriculture in the country, dynamics of the overall harvest of different types of fruits and vegetables, foreign trade operations, competitive analysis for currently operating greenhouses, including types of greenhouses and products grown, analysis of potential export markets, including Russian, staffing needs, assessment of the required capital investments and equipment requirements. Ameria has also developed marketing strategy for the company and elaborated detailed financial projections for different areas of company’s operations, as well as combined financial projections.
