Contribution to the development of a critical mass of QA practitioners in HE in Tunisia and the MENA region, capitalizing on the skills of European and Tunisian partners in QA and on Tunisian skills in e -learning and building the capacity of Tunisian QA practitioners in the design and management of QA in higher education institutions.
Contribution to the operationalization of internal committees for quality in universities and establishment on a pilot basis of internal QA systems, in the most advanced universities, certified by ANECA (like its AUDIT program of the ANECA implemented in Latin America); and this within the framework of a process carried out jointly with the Tunisian agency.
Development of a shared toolbox to meet the needs of internal QA and external QA in Tunisia and a code of good practices for the management of QA in Tunisian universities.
