Description

Project description: Gareth Williams was contracted to undertake a Strategic Governance and Corruption Assessment for the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Yemen. This uses a methodology developed by the Clingendael Institute and Sue Unsworth (Power and Change Analysis) to analyse the root causes of weak governance and local pressures for change. It links this a review of donor strategies for improving governance in Yemen. Through a series of workshops the process aims to inform the preparation of the Embassy's next Multi Annual Strategic Plan.
