This course is the gateway to mastering the intricate dance between project and change management. The training will give participants the tools they need to make smart decisions around change management as a project manager and provide them with the knowledge to increase the chances of achieving the organizational benefits of the project.

Gain the skills to proactively and systematically engage participants’ project stakeholders from initiation to closure, ensuring success for the rate, speed, and accuracy of the adoption of the change.

Objectives

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain the benefits of change management for project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction
  2. Identify how change management activities need to align and integrate with the project lifecycle and key decision points
  3. Make informed decisions about the set-up of the change management function vis-à-vis project team structures
  4. Describe the importance of a clear and unified change vision between the technical and the people side of change
  5. Adopt effective practices and tools to address the criticality of effective stakeholder engagement and communication
  6. Explore options to assess the project health status from a change management perspective
  7. Develop an action plan for their specific project to advance the people side of change
