Key Expert III: Project economist (Category II)

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Economics (minimum requirement).

General professional experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector (minimum requirement).

Specific professional experience

• At least 5-year experience in financial and economic assessment of clean energy projects proven by at least 5 projects (minimum requirement).
• Proven experience in financial and economic assessment of district heating related investment projects by at least 2 projects in 2 different EU countries (minimum requirement).
• Experience in energy infrastructure project financing proven by at least 1 project (minimum requirement)
• Experience in multicriteria assessment (MCA) of the infrastructure projects proven by at least 1 project (asset).

Language and other Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish would be an asset.
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).
