Key Expert I: Project manager (Category II):

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Finance or Economy (minimum requirement).

General professional experience

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the energy sector (minimum requirement).

Specific professional experience

• At least 7 years of advisory or delivery experience on energy projects preparation proven by minimum 5 projects (minimum requirement).
• At least 5 years of experience in district heating related deployment projects proven by at least 2 projects in 2 EU countries (minimum requirement).
• At least 5 years of advisory experience on projects which include aspects of EU district heating policies, legal and regulatory environment proven by at least 2 projects (minimum requirement).
• Experience working in Poland will be an asset.

Language and other Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English (CEFR C1) (minimum requirement).
• Fluency in written and spoken Polish would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams).
