The objective of this consultancy is to design a comprehensive country brand for Belize that promotes tourism, attracts foreign investment, and increases exports to enhance the nation’s global reputation and competitiveness.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education (Copies of certifications or proof of specialized training relevant to the scope of this engagement):
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, economics, or related field.
Experience (Detailed documentation of relevant projects undertaken, including scope, outcomes, and duration):
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing or implementing marketing or communication strategies, including branding, campaign development, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, international agencies, or business leaders, would be an asset.
• Experience in Belize or the Caribbean region is highly desirable.
Core and Technical Competencies:
• Proficiency in consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful marketing and communication strategies.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey brand messages effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to develop innovative and creative marketing campaigns.
