For our Regional Development Department, we are looking for Project Administrators Coordinators / Assistants.

 Project Administrator / Assistant (m/f/d) - French and English language mastery

The Project Administrator (PAs) will be based in our Tunis office and are the contact persons within the departments. Their main tasks are to support our teams in the acquisition of new projects as well as in the coordination of ongoing projects and the completion of office tasks.

Your Tasks

Support with project acquisition

  • Independent compilation of administrative and technical bidding documents for the acquisition tasks
  • International/National correspondence with partner organisations and experts
  • Layout checking/formatting and linguistic revision of the bids
  • Quality assurance, coordination of printing and dispatch of all bidding documents in compliance with donor criteria (KfW, EU, WB…) and submission deadlines

 

Support with project implementation

  • Support in the administrative and organisational tasks of ongoing projects
  • Coordination with stakeholders, consortium partners, experts for project related matters
  • Checking invoices, time sheets, regular deliverables, and necessary material for successful project implementation

 

Office management

  • Organisation, preparation and, when required, attendance in meetings,
  • Logistical support for missions abroad (flights, hotel, visa applications...)
  • Maintaining and updating project related database
  • Quality Check including formatting and linguistic review.

Your profile

  •       Commercial vocational training (office clerk, foreign language correspondence, European assistant ...) or bachelor’s degree with initial relevant work experience.
  •         Very good knowledge of French and English
  •         Excellent skills in the common MS Office products (especially Word) and familiarity with databases.
  •         High sense of quality and responsibility
  •         Ability to maintain an overview, meet deadlines and make pragmatic decisions even during work-intensive phases.
  •         Self-initiative, open-mindedness, and communication skills
  •         Autonomy and efficient time management
