We Are Hiring: Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Engineer

We are looking for a strategic and driven professional to join our growing team and take on a stimulating role within ENIT.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Business Development for Energy Efficiency and Renewables

   • Identify new opportunities and market trends
   • Collaborate with the commercial support team to prepare pre-qualification documents
   • Build and nurture relationships with partners and clients
   • Propose innovative growth strategies for ENIT's activities
   • Develop and write technical and financial proposals in collaboration with internal teams and partners
   • Report directly to the department head

2. Project Leadership and Management

   • Ensure seamless execution of planned activities while meeting contract timelines and requirements
   • Deliver technical reports promptly, aligning with quality management standards
   • Oversee the selection, performance, and evaluation of project experts
   • Monitor project budgets alongside the Finance and Administrative team
   • Act as an expert in project activities, contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of energy efficiency solutions

Your Profile:

• Experience:

  • Over 10 years in energy efficiency and renewable energy, with experience in multidisciplinary teams in Europe or abroad
  • At least 5 years in consulting within energy efficiency and renewables

• Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of energy efficiency (buildings and industry) and renewable energy (preferably solar PV and biomass)
  • Proficiency in drafting technical and financial proposals
  • Strong listening, persuasion, and stress management skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Familiarity with professional tools such as PVSYST, STD, and standard IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Adherence to ethical practices and transparency
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
