We are currently recruiting a Senior HR Manager to join our Sudan team.
This is an office-based position in Port Sudan.

About the Opportunity
The Senior Human Resources Manager (SHRM) provides effective leadership on all HR functions to the RI Sudan program – with special focus on workforce planning, management and development, effective design and management of remuneration and reward, performance management, HR Policy and overall risk management and compliance, employee relations and staff care.
You will partner with the Deputy Country Director to recruit, manage, motivate, and develop agile and robust workforce to deliver country strategy. The SHRM serves as Business Partner to the DCD-Operations, CD, SMT, and Line Managers ad provide technical advice on all HR matters, including change management, organization design and development, and overall HR policy and labor law.
