Serving as a volunteer, team leader, and senior executive in the not-for-profit, government, private, philanthropic, and innovation sectors, these experiences have deepened my ability for designing systems, structures, and behavioral transformations that foster healthy environments, vibrant ecosystems, and rewarding collaborations—ensuring that people thrive within their organizations.
