Description
The Guma Valley Water Company was established by the Guma Valley Water Company Ordinance 1961, which has now been repealed by the Guma Valley Water Company Act of 2017. It is clear that as a utility company, government has not considered privatizing GVWC in the short and medium term. Based on this, NCP’s interventions are aimed at improving the company’s performance whilst long-term solutions are being sought.
