Description

Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan is responsible for the Health Program of the country.

Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry) is the central executive body of the Republic of Tajikistan responsible for the development and implementation of a unified state policy and regulation of legal norms in health and social protection sector of the population.
The Ministry is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, laws of the Republic of Tajikistan, acts of the Majlisi Milli and Majlisi Namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan, and given Provisions in its operations.
