The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NFDHR) announces the launching of the following tender:
Tender for a project to provide response in the fields of health, nutrition, water, environmental sanitation and hygiene in emergency situations for displaced people and host communities at risk in Al-Saleef, Al-Munira and Al-Tuhayta districts in Al-Hudaydah Governorate 2023.

Accordingly, the Foundation invites companies and specialized suppliers wishing to participate in the tender to submit their official requests to the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response to withdraw the tender documents, according to the following:

Or an electronic copy of the tender documents can be obtained from the headquarters of the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response - Haddah - in front of the Yemeni Jordanian University, next to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, phone: (01430964) during official working hours, according to an official letter requesting withdrawal of the tender documents.
Bids shall be submitted in an envelope sealed with red wax on which are written the name of the project , the name and number of the tender, and the name of the bidder, and accompanied by the following:
Attach an unconditional bank guarantee in the amount specified above. It must be valid for a period of 90 days starting from the date of opening the envelopes. Any bid not accompanied by the bank guarantee will be rejected.
A copy of the tax card.
A copy of the commercial register.
A copy of the Zakat card.
A copy of the insurance card.
A copy of the license to practice the profession from the Supreme Authority for Medicines .
All documents referred to above must be valid.
The applicant must also attach the following:
Attach previous experience in the same field of tender.
Attach two separate technical and financial offers.
No bid will be accepted unless it meets the above conditions.
Note that the last date for withdrawing tender documents is Sunday, 09/17/2023, at 12:00 noon.
The deadline for submitting offers is Wednesday 09/20/2023 at 10:30 am .
The date for the bid opening session is Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 11:00 am, at the headquarters of the National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response, Haddah Street, next to the University of Jordan and the UNHCR. Any bid submitted after the specified date will be rejected and returned to its owner .
The applicant must prove his registration with the Supreme Council for the Administration and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation.
